How often should I practice moving?

The best way to use moving is like brushing your teeth. Morning and evening. The more often, the better. Additionally, repeatedly in between.

Do I need any equipment for the moving exercises?

The great thing about moving is that you can do it anytime, anywhere, without any extra equipment.

Is it possible to make mistakes while doing the moving exercises?

moving is characterized by its simplicity. All exercises are explained in detail in the videos and also include a comprehensive written guide.
