Why moving?
Thats what people say, who have been doing moving for many years:

- because I feel better afterwards
- because I no longer have back pain
- because I have become more flexible
- because… would you like to hear medical facts? Sure, that works just as well
- because moving supplies the intervertebral discs with nutrient fluid
- because moving stretches and activates the fasciae
- because moving strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system, the part of the autonomic nervous system responsible for the resting state
- because moving intensifies breathing
- because moving improves blood circulation
- because moving reduces high blood pressure
- because ….
