Why moving?

Thats what people say, who have been doing moving for many years:

  • because I feel more relaxed
  • because I feel better afterwards
  • because I no longer have back pain
  • because I have become more flexible
  • because… would you like to hear medical facts? Sure, that works just as well
  • because moving supplies the intervertebral discs with nutrient fluid
  • because moving stretches and activates the fasciae
  • because moving strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system, the part of the autonomic nervous system responsible for the resting state
  • because moving intensifies breathing
  • because moving improves blood circulation
  • because moving reduces high blood pressure
  • because ….
