Instructions

Step 1

Focus your attention on the heart area.

Step 2

Gently inhale for 5 seconds through your mouth or nose, as if breathing in from the heart space.

Step 3

Gently exhale for 5 seconds through your mouth or nose, as if breathing out from the heart space.

Repeat the breathing rhythm for as long as it feels good.
